Position Overview:

Tanawr is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and proficient Client Acquisition Intern to join our remote team on a part-time basis, contributing 30 hours per week. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong background in client acquisition and a deep understanding of the digital services landscape. As our Client Acquisition Intern, you will be instrumental in identifying and capturing new business opportunities, developing strategic plans to attract new clients, and playing a crucial role in our growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to unearth new business opportunities and gain insights into competitive dynamics.
  • Craft and execute comprehensive client acquisition strategies to attract and secure new clients, leveraging Tanawr’s diverse service offerings.
  • Spearhead client acquisition campaigns, working closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure cohesive efforts aligned with Tanawr’s objectives.
  • Foster and nurture relationships with prospective clients through strategic outreach, compelling presentations, and consistent networking efforts.
  • Utilize key performance indicators to measure and refine acquisition strategies, aiming to boost efficiency and ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure Tanawr’s services continuously meet and exceed market and client expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Master’s student of English, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field.
  • At least 6 months of proven experience in client acquisition, sales, or business development, with a preference for backgrounds in IT or digital services is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful acquisition strategies and achieve sales goals.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with clients and team members alike.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with a penchant for data-driven decision making.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Trello/Atlassian/Confluence), Google Docs, digital marketing tools, and platforms.
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills, including German, are advantageous but not required.
